What Are The Six Stages Of Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery?

A few weeks ago we celebrated my first book launch. As it turns out Murphy’s Law was in full force on the day of the launch party. I had ordered fifty copies of the book for my guests and unfortunately they did not arrive in time. My team pivoted and we decided to offer complementary ebooks to the guests instead.

Feedback from the readers of the book have been heartfelt and sincere. Words cannot express my gratitude to my family and friends for their support of the publication of You Are Not Fucking Crazy: Remove the Narcissist From Your Life.

News flash! The book formerly known as “You Are Not Fucking Crazy” will soon be morphing into “You Are Not Crazy: Remove the Narcissist From Your Life”. I decided to remove the word “fucking” to be more sensitive to my readers. I hope to be of service to those who have endured narcissistic abuse and the fallout that occurs after leaving a narcissist. The book gives tips for recovering from gaslighting, financial abuse and how to use gray rocking to the victim’s advantage.

The book discusses stages of narcissistic abuse and recovery:

  1. Identifying the narcissist
  2. Identifying the symptoms of narcissistic abuse
  3. Dealing with the narcissist
  4. Escaping the narcissist and getting out of narcissistic abuse cycle
  5. Recovery from narcissistic abuse
  6. Life after recovery from narcissistic abuse

I’m looking forward to connecting with you in the future, on my new blog page!

Warm regards,

Bren Worthington
