Alice Darling : Healing From Narcissistic Abuse

A luxury women’s retreat to remember their true north.

I recently watched the movie Alice, Darling starring Anna Kendrick and it brought me back to a time in life where I forgot who I was. I was preoccupied with surviving the storms of the narcissist in my life and I was focused on pleasing the abusive narcissist. This was in fact a survival tactic that I had honed to cope with the nightmare of living with narcissistic abuse.

Similarly, Alice, the main character in the film, who was the recipient of narcissistic abuse, receives a gift of time away with her two girlfriends and begins to remember who she is.

I am developing a luxury retreat for women 2024 who have experienced narcissistic abuse who need time to remember who they are. We will be working from the You Are Not Crazy: How to Identify a Narcissist and Recover from Narcissistic Abuse Workbook and Journal.

Thank you for reading, Bren Worthington
